Welcome,
I'm so glad you are here.
I started this blog as an online journal for myself almost eight years ago; since then it’s become an offering for people on their own path of inward healing, personal transformation, and cultivating a greater sense of wellbeing.
I’ll be showing up in this space to share the wisdom, teachings from experience, and education I’ve gathered over the last 12 years. My intention for this little space on the internet is to be one of refuge, getting quiet, and helping you to integrate the vast amounts of information we so readily consume. I’ll be here to remind you to slow down and take care. I’m here to hold space, to ask questions, and to encourage your inner reflection. This space is an invitation to take a momentary pause and an opportunity to move yourself towards your greatest wellbeing, happiness, and potential.
WHo I Am
I believe that who we are in individual and seemingly insignificant moments determines who we will be at the end of our days, and so what we do now is important for who we will become. I believe in kindness, compassion, and offering all people we encounter with our love and grace. I believe in learning how to slow down so that we can savor the richness of life that exists in the present moment. I believe in humanity, in your wholeness, and in bearing empathic witness to the pain and suffering of others. I believe that your identity isn’t defined by the suffering you’ve experienced and that within you is the tremendous capacity to heal and thrive. I believe in your goodness and that the answers you seek already exist within you. People-with their complexities, dynamic experiences, and intricately weaved webs of life- have always been my greatest source of inspiration and passion. Deep conversations over warm cups of tea about disappointments, fears, successes, and vulnerabilities soothe a part of my heart that only these connections can fill. I believe that we are here to support each other and that people are doing the best that they can. I like to see people become the best versions of themselves and in being an encourager of progress, in whatever form that may take.
what I do
I’ve worked hard to learn how to not define myself by my output, but I also find some of my greatest sources of purpose in the roles I have in my daily life. I dedicate my personal and professional life to helping people become the best versions of themselves and return to who it is they already are. I am a mom, a wife, a friend, and a daughter. I am a writer, a yoga instructor, meditation teacher, therapist, healer, blogger, and adventurer. Above all, I am a human. I spend time collecting peoples’ stories, fostering safety, and asking hard questions. I teach people how to lean into discomfort and use introspective practices to find the answers within. My heart is fueled by fostering community, helping people cultivate the capacity to turn inward and listen to themselves, and bringing people together to explore what it means to live with value and intention.
let's grow together.
Values I am guided by:
presence
compassion
EMBodiment
connection
curiousity
shared humanity
