Mindful Self-Compassion - February 2023
Mindful Self-Compassion focuses on changing the relationship we have with ourselves. During this deeply transformational master workshop, participants learn to turn towards suffering with mindful awareness and kind attention- the same way we would treat a loved one. Through guided meditation practices, experiential exercises, and deep reflection processes, you will learn to meet challenging experiences, difficult emotions, old wounds, and your inner critic with open curiosity and compassion.
Self-compassion is a skill that can be learned by anyone, even if it currently feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar in being kind to yourself. This workshop will help you learn how to recognize your inner critic and will take a gentle look at the ways we have been harming ourselves through overworking, overanalyzing, and overreacting as we move towards forming a kinder, more sustainable approach to life’s difficulties.
